Congress Badge
Each participant may collect the badge at the registration desk. Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badge during the Meeting activities.
The entrance to exhibition and congress area is allowed only to those people registered to the Congress and equipped with the badge.
Lost badges are replaced against the payment of a handling fee of € 50,00 (VAT 21% included)

All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).
Please enter the credit card number and expiration date in the appropriate space on the registration form.

by Internet
Is available an “on line” registration form with payment by credit card in security certificate mode “Verisign” and “SSB”. A regular invoice will be issued for each registration and will be sent by e-mail: please indicate your fiscal code and/or VAT number. Registrations without these data for invoicing will not be accepted. The invoice will be considered as a confirmation of your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International at Tel. +39 06 330531 – fax +39 06 23325621.
Cancellations will be accepted until March 19, 2017 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.

Simultaneous Translation
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous translation into Spanish language will be provided.
